How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Tap Biovelq Pro and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
All subscription billing for Biovelq goes through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that purchased the subscription, find the Biovelq Pro charge, and tap Request a Refund. We don’t have access to your payment details and can’t issue refunds directly.
I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall.
Open the app, go to the paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t resolve it, sign out and back into the App Store from Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases, then relaunch Biovelq.

- Biovelq Pro Weekly — $4.99 USD per week. Auto-renews weekly until cancelled.
- Biovelq Pro Yearly — $59.99 USD per year (about $1.15 USD per week). Family Sharing supported. Auto-renews annually until cancelled.
Privacy & data
Where is my data stored?
Everything you create in Biovelq — protocols, vials, dose log, journal entries, biomarkers, progress photos — lives only on your device, in encrypted SwiftData storage. None of it is uploaded to a Biovelq server.
What gets sent to the network?
Only AI assistant messages. When you type a prompt in the AI tab, that prompt is forwarded through our open-source proxy to the model provider so we can stream the reply back. We don’t persist the prompts. Read the full privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app from your iPhone. Because nothing is stored on our servers, removing the app deletes everything. If you want to keep the app installed but reset, open Settings inside Biovelq and use Reset all data.
HealthKit
Biovelq reads weight, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, VO₂ max, and body fat percentage from Apple Health only with your explicit permission. These reads happen on-device. You can revoke permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Biovelq.
Using the app
The AI assistant gave me a weird answer.
The Biovelq AI is tool-grounded and instructed to cite sources from the in-app library. If something looks off, please email support@biovelq.app with a screenshot. We use those reports to refine the system prompt and tool routing.
I’m not seeing my widget on the home screen.
Long-press the home screen, tap the + button in the top-left, search for Biovelq, and add either the Today’s Doses widget or the Next Dose Live Activity. The widget updates whenever you log a dose.
The Calculator is showing unexpected values.
Double-check the vial concentration field (mg or mcg per mL) and the syringe size (1 mL, 0.5 mL, or 0.3 mL). The output unit count assumes a 100-unit insulin syringe by default. If you suspect an actual math bug, email us with the inputs you used.
